SaaS Account Executive - Workforce Training

Registrar Corp is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will develop pipeline and win new SMB business within the food and beverage manufacturing industry by sharing the benefits of Registrar Corp’s cutting-edge, safety-focused online training and other software solutions.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and close—in a fast-paced environment with a quick, 60–90-day sales cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team and continue fueling significant growth.
Role Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, negotiation, and closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive ongoing sales opportunities.

Identify key decision-makers, schedule meetings, and deliver consultative sales presentations and demos tailored to client needs.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skillset and Experience:
-
Experience & Performance: 2–5 years of success as an Account Executive, selling online training or other software to EHS, operations, human resources, and/or compliance personas. Demonstrated track record of quota attainment and excellence in vertical-specific roles. Familiarity with food and beverage industry regulations and compliance is a plus.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to source, identify, and develop new business opportunities. Experienced in outbound calling and consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Consultative Selling: Adept at uncovering client needs and delivering tailored solutions within vertical-specific sales environments. Strong preference for experience using MEDDICC or similar frameworks to drive complex deal cycles.

Results-Driven Mindset: Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude. Skilled at managing multiple client relationships in fast-paced settings with short sales cycle while delivering measurable results.

Technical Proficiency: Experienced in leveraging CRM systems and sales tools—including Microsoft Office, Vonage, and HubSpot—to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic, evolving sales environments with a strong willingness to learn and grow
