Product Marketing Associate – Workforce Training

Registrar Corp is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Associate to help lead the marketing strategy for our Workforce Training portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to build messaging, drive go-to-market execution and collaborate cross-functionally to bring compliance-focused training solutions to market.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to position our offerings, support customer acquisition and retention, and drive awareness through campaigns and content. The ideal candidate is a resourceful and collaborative marketer with experience bringing B2B products or services to market. Key Responsibilities:
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft and maintain positioning and messaging for Workforce Training offerings. Translate features and course content into compelling value for buyers and ensure messaging consistency across channels including web, social, and email.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Execution: Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new course offerings and feature releases. Lead project management for launch deliverables across teams and develop launch toolkits, sales assets, and internal training guides.
- Content Creation & Campaign Development: Write and produce marketing collateral such as product data sheets, email campaigns, landing pages, social posts, and blog articles. Partner with the content and demand generation teams on campaign strategy and execution. Coordinate webinar promotion and logistics in partnership with internal SMEs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing for SaaS products, with a focus on product marketing or a closely related marketing role
- Experience in supporting product launches or cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong communication and writing skills, with an eye for audience-first storytelling
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive mindset and curiosity to learn the business and customer inside and out
