Strategic Account Manager 

Registrar Corp’s mission is to promote consumer health and safety by providing over 30,000 food, cosmetic, medical device, and drug companies in 180+ countries with US FDA compliance software and services. We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team.  

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for customer retention and satisfaction within an assigned base of accounts related to our ComplyHub and US Food business. You will work to build strong relationships with our customers and ensure they are satisfied with the quality and value and our products and services. The Strategic Account Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at building strong relationships, maintaining or improving customer retention rates, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly interact with a group of assigned ComplyHub and Complete Compliance customers 

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and ensure the retention of their business  

  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction  

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to assist in closing upsell and cross sell opportunities  

  • Understand customer expectations and deliver desired results in a timely manner  

  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures for services and systems 

  • Champion process optimization: Identify and implement creative solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency 

  • Engage with onshore and offshore resources to ensure attainment of service level agreements and delivery of high-quality results for ongoing projects and services 

  • Work directly with partners, stakeholders, and customers to ensure clear communication and establish priorities 

  • Support projects for new technology insertion and integration with current infrastructure 

  • Ensure coverage of operations resources during core business hours 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, project management, and team leadership 

  • Track record of success in sales and/or account management roles 

  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams  

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment, with effective multitasking skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Familiarity with configuration and change management processes is a plus
