Manager, Sales Integration & Enablement 

Remote | Full-Time | Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 | Annual Bonus Eligibility

We are seeking a detail-oriented, business-first professional to lead sales integration and capability enablement across our global teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, training, and operations—someone who is inquisitive, a quick learner, and self-motivated. 

You will coordinate go-to-market (GTM) launches, support post-acquisition integrations, and update sales materials and training that drive adoption and performance. This is a high-impact role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement. 

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Lead Sales Integration Initiatives:Coordinate the onboarding of acquired companies into our systems (CRM, accounting, marketing assets) and ensure seamless transitions. 

  • Drive GTM Launch Readiness: Manage end-to-end operational readiness for new services, including CRM configuration, lead routing, legal documentation, and training rollout. 

  • Support Sales Enablement Materials: Facilitate updates to and maintenance of a comprehensive portfolio of sales resources including playbooks, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and quick-reference tools. 

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Serve as the operational hub between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, and Processing teams to align timelines and remove blockers. 

  • Project Management:Manage multiple concurrent projects using available technology, ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely execution. 

Required Skill and Experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM execution in a global or hybrid sales environment. 

  • Experience supporting at least 5 M&A integration and rapid enablement rollouts. 

  • Ability to translate complex processes into simple, actionable steps for global teams and ensure adoption with minimal disruption. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and project management tools  

  • A knack for spotting gaps, proposing solutions, and continuously improving workflows. 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
