Registrar Corp is actively seeking an experienced SaaS Commercial Sales Manager that would provide impactful coaching, training, and development to our Cosmetri SaaS Sales Team. In this role you will coach and support a team of Account Executives to win new business within mid-market and enterprise cosmetics manufacturers and private brands. Cosmetri software empowers cosmetics companies to streamline operations, accelerate product development and ensure compliance with stringent regulations.

In this role you will:

Recruit, motivate, and manage a team of SaaS Account Executives to meet and exceed performance and recurring software retention goals

Coach SaaS executives on modern outbound sales best practices and execution

Develop and foster a high functioning performance-driven culture

Manage Cosmetri global renewals/account management

Develop and track key performance indicators to measure performance against targets

Create and maintain your own book of business

Work closely with Marketing team to generate leads via marketing campaigns
Experience/Education

At least 5 years of experience leading a remote team conducting outbound/cold calling, demos, and prospecting campaigns with a SaaS product

Exceptional listening abilities are imperative, we hold a strong belief that the customer has all the answers we are looking for and it is our responsibility to uncover them together with them

Exceptional communication skills including executive level presentations, demonstrations, and written communication

Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive-level audience

Experience managing international AEs a major plus but not required

Experience in SaaS sales to Cosmetics, ERP, and/or software that enables digital transformation
