Registrar Corp’s mission is to promote consumer health and safety by providing over 32,000+ food, cosmetic, medical device, and drug clients in 200 countries with compliance software and services. We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Designer – eLearning to help us build and develop engaging, scenario-based training for food and workforce safety.

We’re seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Designer to join our Learning & Development team. This role blends graphic design, video production, motion graphics, and animation to create engaging, learner-centered content. You’ll work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to transform complex topics into visually compelling digital learning experiences. This position reports directly to the Manager of Course Development.

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Produce instructional videos, explainers, and demonstrations with strong visual storytelling.
  • Create motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and still graphics to support eLearning content.
  • Edit and manage multimedia assets for LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI-based courses.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Synthesia) to enhance video, voiceover, and image production.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to align visuals with learning objectives.
  • Maintain visual consistency, accessibility, and quality across all media formats.

Required Skillset and Experience:  

  • Experience and Performance: 3–5+ years in multimedia instructional design or eLearning development, ideally with 1–2 years focused on AI-assisted media tools and emerging creative technologies
  • Design Acumen: Strong understanding of visual storytelling and instructional design principles and WCAG accessibility standards for digital learning media
  • Technical Proficiency:  Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing timelines, revisions, and cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.
