This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to partner with major organizations navigating complex compliance requirements while helping protect consumer safety on a global scale. You’ll own strategic enterprise relationships, lead complex sales cycles, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape growth initiatives in a highly specialized market.

If you thrive in consultative sales, enjoy building relationships with executive stakeholders, and want to join a collaborative, mission-driven team with strong earning potential and growth opportunities, we’d love to connect.

Position Summary:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive new business growth within a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts in the food and beverage manufacturing industry across the U.S. and Canada, selling Registrar Corp’s eLearning and compliance training solutions supported by a leading LMS platform. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and delivering demos to negotiation and closing—while managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and engaging decision-makers across operations, compliance, HR, and executive leadership.

This role requires a self-motivated, fast-ramping professional with an established industry network and a proven ability to leverage relationships to generate pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver immediate revenue impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, negotiation, and closing within a defined list of named accounts

  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to develop pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry relationships

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across multiple departments, delivering consultative sales presentations tailored to client needs

  • Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales processes including procurement and contract negotiations

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Ramp quickly and contribute to revenue goals by generating pipeline and closing business early in role tenure

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  •  3-5+ years of success in a quota-carrying Account Executive role, with a focus on enterprise or strategic accounts.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota, with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (typically $25K–$75K+ ACV). Strong preference for experience selling eLearning, LMS, or compliance solutions within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

  • Proven ability to source, identify, and develop new business opportunities within named accounts in a self-sourced environment

  • Adept at navigating multi-threaded deals and uncovering client needs across multiple stakeholders. Strong experience using MEDDICC or similar frameworks to manage complex deal cycles

  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of operating in a self-sourced environment. Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly and drive measurable revenue impact in fast-paced sales environments

  • Thrives in dynamic, evolving sales environments with a strong willingness to learn and grow

Why Join Registrar Corp?
