Regulatory Officer 

Remote / Full Time/ Salary: 25-30K GBP

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Regulatory Officer to join our Cosmetics Regulatory team. This role is well suited for early career professionals within regulatory affairs, compliance, toxicology, or a related field who are eager to build deeper technical expertise. In this position, you will collaborate closely with regulatory specialists, toxicologists, and project managers to support the delivery of accurate, high quality regulatory services for our clients, all within a structured and supportive environment that encourages professional growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the review of cosmetic products for compliance with UK and EU cosmetic regulations  

  • Assist with labeling and artwork reviews  

  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of Product Information Files (PIFs)  

  • Support SCPN/CPNP notification activities  

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner  

  • Collaborate with toxicology and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution  

  • Maintain accurate regulatory records and documentation  

  • Monitor regulatory updates and share relevant changes with the team  

  • Follow internal procedures to ensure consistent, high quality regulatory output 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline  

  • 1–2 years of experience in a regulatory, compliance, or cosmetics related role  

  • Basic understanding of UK and EU cosmetic regulations; exposure to international cosmetic regulations is a plus but not required  

  • Experience with labeling reviews, PIFs, or SCPN/CPNP processes  

  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated willingness to learn  

  • Good written and verbal communication skills; additional language skills are desirable but not essential  

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 

  • Interest in sustainability or green chemistry is preferred but not required
