Enterprise Account Executive 

(Hybrid) Metairie, LA | Full-Time | Salary: 90k base + commission  - OTE $180k 

TechniCAL, a Registrar Corp company, is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth within our Process Authority and Food Canning Establishment (FCE) solutions. Based in Metairie, LA, this role is designed for a proven enterprise seller who thrives on securing high-impact deals and building relationships with leading food manufacturers. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus exclusively on large, enterprise-level organizations and nationally recognized food brands. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting through close—while delivering consultative, compliance-driven solutions that help clients meet critical food safety and regulatory requirements. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership to develop account strategies, expand market adoption, and generate meaningful revenue growth through new business acquisition.

Role Responsibilities:    

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, and close.   

  • Engage key stakeholders across multiple departments within target enterprise accounts to drive alignment and momentum.   

  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and consultative presentations tailored to the unique needs of enterprise clients.   

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, maintaining pipeline health through accurate forecasting and CRM management.   

  • Negotiate and close complex deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.   

 Required Skills and Experience:    

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling solutions to enterprise clients. Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders across departments   

  • Industry Experience: Background in selling regulatory or compliance solutions, particularly within the food & beverage or life sciences sectors. Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and regulatory frameworks is a strong plus.

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with consistent quota attainment. Experienced in hunting new logos and closing high-value, complex deals   

  • Consultative Selling Approach: Proficient in conducting discovery conversations to uncover client needs and align solutions with strategic business goals. Trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers.   

  • Strategic Prospecting: Strong ability to identify, source, and develop new opportunities within large organizations. Confident initiating outreach and securing meetings with senior leaders   

  • Exceptional Communication:Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Capable of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite and VP-level audiences.   

  • CRM & Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM platforms and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and HubSpot. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
