Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) – eLearning & Workforce Safety

Remote | Full-Time | Base: $26hr | OTE: $80k (Uncapped Commission)

Registrar Corp is seeking a results driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our reach within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in promoting our cutting-edge, safety-focused online training and software solutions to new clients. As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, engaging prospects, collaborting with Account Executives to schedule product demos, and converting leads into long-term customers by clearly communicating the value of our solutions in enhancing food safety and workforce training.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and assigned prospect lists.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and schedule product demos for Account Executives
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to drive pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead status in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics and pipeline progress to sales leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bilingual Proficiency (Spanish/English): Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English. Able to confidently engage Spanish-speaking prospects and adapt messaging for diverse audiences across regions.
  • Prospecting Expertise: Proven ability to research, identify, and connect with potential clients through outbound outreach, email campaigns, and social selling. Comfortable initiating conversations and sparking interest in a solution-oriented environment.
  • Consultative Discovery and Qualification: Skilled at asking strategic, insightful questions to uncover prospect needs and assess fit. Capable of clearly presenting value propositions and securing high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Pipeline Discipline: Highly organized in managing a large volume of leads and outreach activities. Maintains accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to support forecasting and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Team Collaboration: Partners effectively with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.
